Looking for a true Farmers’ Market experience…look no further than the Elmira Farmers’ Market. Located in downtown Elmira behind the Town office. Where else can you meet the Mennonite Farmers that grow the produce, bake the delicious pies, buns and cookies, meet the person the hand crafted the items for sale or grew the flowers.
This unique Farmers’ Market have the Mennonites pull their buggies up the stalls to sell their wares. Due to the Mennonite faith they do not like to have their photos taken so please ask permission to photograph their booth and buggy.
This Farmers’ Market is also a gathering spot where locals meet their friends and family who also enjoy quality for a fair price!
